How do I know if Fiesta400 is available in my electricity service area?

When do I get the bill credits?
The $400 total credit is split into two $200 increments. A $200 credit will reflect on the first bill issued in September each year of the contract’s term. If the credit produces a credit balance for your Total Amount Due on your September bill, the credit balance will be applied to next bill until the entire $200 credit balance is exhausted. For more information, review your Electricity Facts Label (EFL).
How do I switch electricity providers in Texas?
Switching is a straightforward process that typically doesn't require a home visit if you have a smart meter. Simply select your favorite electricity plan and complete your enrollment; we will coordinate the transition with your current provider.
Is Amigo Energy’s Fiesta400 plan good for homes, apartments, or both?
While any residential customer can enroll, this plan provides the most value for larger homes or apartments. Because a $9.95 minimum usage fee is applied for monthly usage under 1,000 kWh, it is best suited for those who consistently exceed that threshold to ensure the best average price per kWh.

- The total bill credit that can be received during the contract term is $400.00, which will be applied in increments. One incremental credit of $200 will be reflected on the total bill sent to the customer in December each year of the two-year agreement. If the total December bill reflecting November usage is below $200, then the total bill in December will reflect a credit balance that will be applied to the next month’s bill and so forth until the entire $200 credit balance is spent. The bill credit will be forfeited by the customer if: 1) there is an outstanding account balance at the time each credit is issued, 2) the customer terminates the contract early, or 3) the customer changes the plan before a credit is applied. Bill credits cannot be used toward deposits or deposit refunds. The bill credit cannot be exchanged for cash or gift cards. This plan includes a monthly fee of $9.95 when your usage is less than 1000 kWh for the month.
- Cancellation Fee Reimbursement: We will reimburse up to $150 of the cancellation fee charged by your previous electric provider. This promotion only applies to term agreements 12 months or greater and must be repaid to Amigo Energy if you switch away within 12 months of starting your Agreement. The final bill from your previous electric provider showing their cancellation fee must be submitted within 90 days of enrollment. Reimbursement will appear as a bill credit after your first full-service period bill with Amigo Energy is paid in full.
