- Offer applies to Texas residential customers located within our service area. The total energy charges will be credited to the customer account on the 12th full monthly invoice. This may differ from the calendar month. The bill credit will be forfeited if (1) the customer terminates the contract early, (2) the customer changes to a different plan before the credit is applied, or (3) the account balance is past due when the credit is applied. Bill credits cannot be used toward deposits or exchanged for cash or gift cards.
- Nights Free plan is available to Texas residential customers. Plan bills a monthly Base Charge and an Energy Charge which includes the Transmission and Distribution Service Provider (TDSP) delivery charges. Energy Charges for usage consumed between 9:00 pm and 7:00 am each day are credited back on your bill. Homes with solar or distributed generation are not eligible, see Electricity Facts Label for details. Terms and conditions apply.
- Weekends Free plan is available to Texas residential customers. Plan bills a monthly Base Charge and an Energy Charge which includes the Transmission and Distribution Service Provider (TDSP) delivery charges. - The Simply Days Free plan is available to Texas residential customers. The plan includes a monthly Base Charge and an Energy Charge, with all Energy Charges incurred between 9 AM and 4 PM each day credited back to your bill.
