Amigo Energy Bright Minds Scholarship – December 2024
This year, we teamed up with the Houston Community College Foundation to award our Amigo Energy Bright Minds Scholarship. Five Houston-based students were each granted $1,000 to help cover their expenses and fuel their academic journey. With a commitment to fostering education, career development, and cultural enrichment, Amigo Energy empowers individuals to shine brightly, making our community that much better!
HCC Winter Wonderland – December 2024
Our Amigo Energy team joined the festive fun at Houston Community College's Winter Wonderland event at their Southeast campus! We loved seeing the kids unleash their creativity with colorful fingerpainted masterpieces while spreading holiday cheer!
HCC Scholarship – 2024-2025
Amigo Energy, in collaboration with the Houston Community College Foundation, is proud to announce the Amigo Energy Bright Minds Scholarship, which empowers Houston’s future leaders. Second Saturday in Second Ward – June 2023
This was a vibrant occasion for Amigo Energy to connect directly with our community. Positioned proudly in front of our commissioned mural, our team engaged with attendees, fostering meaningful connections. We’re thrilled to be involved in Houston’s Second Ward, believing in the power of personal presence and making a genuine impact. Supporting events like this reaffirms our commitment to making a difference where it matters most.
El Festival De La Salsa – Sept 2023
Amigo Energy was more than happy to dive into this celebration of Hispanic culture. Amidst the pulsating rhythms, we grooved alongside attendees, adding our unique flair in colorful Amigo Energy t-shirts. We infused the event with our energy, spreading smiles and making lasting connections. This event allowed us to support the cultural richness of the Hispanic community, bringing joy and positivity wherever we go.
Thank a Teacher Giveaway – Nov 2023
Amigo Energy recognizes that teachers are the backbone of our community and wanted to acknowledge their valuable impact on our children’s lives and education. We held a Teacher Appreciation Giveaway in Houston, allowing people to nominate a teacher for a chance to win $1,000 for their classroom. With almost 500 wonderful nominations to review, we awarded one lucky winner the grand prize!
MECA Dia De Muertos Festival – Oct 2023
Amigo Energy proudly volunteered at this amazing Dia de Muertos event, hosting a booth in the children’s area. MECA, a respected non-profit Houston organization, champions arts and education for underserved families. Our collaboration celebrates cultural richness and supports MECA’s mission to empower the next generation. We’re honored to stand alongside MECA in making a positive community impact.
